I've just opened my Maybank account. I've activated MSOS and I'm currently adding my Maybank Debit Mastercard in Paypal now, and I got this message.
QUOTE This credit card has been denied by the bank that issued your credit card. For details on why your card was denied, please contact your credit card issuer's customer service department.
