Is this still working? I get an error at paypal's site when linking to my debit card, saying "This card is not accepted. Please use a different card.". Do i need to call maybank for them to unlock the card for paypal?

Call them to enable your card for usage of online transactions (not usable for gambling, gaming and some other purchases). Then just link paypal to ur card once they enable it. It should be instantly linked and no need for SMS or transaction verification.
