Following all the instructions, I've successfully linked my account and everything when smoothly until I tried making my first payment, I received this message " To complete this payment, add another debit or credit card to your PayPal account or Update your Credit Card or Debit Card"

I did try to pay before albeit unsuccessfully but I managed to get to the stage where I can see my amount due converted from JPY to MYR. Of course I couldn't pay because it says my bank does not allow. However I've contacted Maybank, activated MSOS and changed to spending limit to RM 5,000.

What do i do now? Is it advisable to repeat registeration and reapply all over again?
