I get the "You recently hit your PayPal sending limit and had your payment declined, but this is easy to fix" on my UNVERIFIED account.
I recently transferred USD 80 or so only, so i wonder why. -.-
Will it be reset daily or...?
I'm trying not to link my maybank debit here but if it can't be helped. -.-
ideas please anyone?
