ok guess i need to ask here, i try to top up or transfer money...i only see RHB bank...the rest no more...............and how to top up or transfer money by using card? all my card from maybank dont seems to see the option

i got a new problem here, because my paypal debit card is old debit card....i try to link with new debit card. the step up there...i cant find the option for Maybankcard Secure Online Shopping Registration ...help
 if that the case the money inside i cannot withdraw or link with my debit card  |
