Try build me a good pc based on my requirement and budget, ty

Processor: Must be quad core ( must not be below Q8XXX series)
Motherboard: help me choose (either asus or gigabyte most preferable)
Ram: most prefereable DDR3 must be 2GB ( any brand but must be compatible with mobo and proc)
Graphic Card: must be Nvidea (must have 1GB ram DDR3 with above 40 CUDA cores, support Nvidea-Psyx)
Power Supply: ur reccomendation ( i think need 500W)
Casing: You reccomend must be able to tahan all above
Hdd: dont need
ROM: dont need
Thermal solution: Suggest me a good device that can cool my proceccor, example Asus Knight II, or cooler master( budget: below Rm 180)

Extra stuff needed...
Optional Monitor: dont need
Optional Heatsink: dont need
Optional Casing Fan: Need it ( help me choose)
Optional Sound Card: dont need
Optional Speaker: dont need
Optional Keyboard/Mouse: dont need


My budget is below or equal RM 2250 ( if is above also is okay)
This build must be a gaming pc build can play crysis with no lag
