Well some might be trivia if the design doesnt collide that much with the body structure, but some would do a lil harm in long term.
like a firearm, there are reason why the is several variable for 1 design, to achievement certain purpose with maximize effect.
1 could be comfortable to wear but will wear u down during time n such......

Differences are sometimes purely aesthetic. Undergarments is mostly flexible, after sometime it will get used to the owner's body shape.

Firearms is the same too, the more you trained with it, the more comfortable it gets.

honestly speaking, I never feel comfortable wearing underwear
it feel so much more comfortable without them

like u say, the more u wear it/use em, ur body will accustomed to it n the more comfortable u will get.
some will get wat is comfortable, n wats not, but those who doesnt has slight knowledge bout it will harm her body in a way, n will get slightly mis-figured after long term usage.
there is more to it. bra cup arent always bout cup size, there is more to half cup, full cup etc, as like for weapon, there is more to it bout assault rifle, like ammo grade/grain variable etc.
