This case is straight forward,

(5  x  3.98)  +  (2    x    2.80  )  =  total outlay,
Total outlay divided by 7 is the theoretical ex price.
*
Thanks. 3.6x will be the price after ex hmm.gif

yea.. hv to learn to sell rubbish and keep good stocks.. when market down.. good stock down a bit.. then usually will sell for profit.. and due to rubbish drops too much.. then too "sam thong" to sell..  sweat.gif
flex.gif  rclxms.gif  rclxms.gif this is one of my counter that make me happy besides genm.. the rest  doh.gif i think i will never sell it unless need money urgently..
just to ask u guys(pro), in what condition usually ppl will sell reit counter?
*
Removing rubbish is the only way to go. I remember previously there was a counter NSCOM, which most of my colleagues bought. One was lucky enuff to cut loss and salvage 50% of the capital. Others just say goodbye to their few years salaries

you need to do a quaterly clearance, like what i did few months ago. tongue.gif

believe me, your fundamental sound stocks would earn back your current losses in long run. goreng stock, no guarantee as it is a seasonal stuff.

months ago i've transformed my goreng oily slutty stock to small caps, now upgrading to mid/big caps. if market crash, all i need to do is averaging my good stock, at the same time accumulating more shares, win-win  icon_rolleyes.gif

You only do a quarterly clearance? sweat.gif laugh.gif

Losers outgun gainers 2 to 1. So most of us will be holding 2 counters red, a green counter

good to hear that u r heading to the right path  thumbup.gif  thumbup.gif i think i need to switch slowly too..
yea.. from this stupid counter.. i learn not to believe any insider news d.. i think the best is dont buy goreng stock.. sad.gif
scary.. it is very heartache to sell at loss.. summore is around 50%  hmm.gif  hmm.gif but if dont sell.. mayb will kena like your colleague.. few years salary gone..
*
Bolded part:- True. Better not buy goreng stocks if you feel heartache selling at loss. The earlier you cut loss, the earlier you can earn from fundamental stocks.
Btw, how much you are losing now? If less than 50%, then at least still better than my colleagues.
