For sure, there are many better BDP and of course cheaper too, flooding our shore next year.
Why 51FD and not latest BDP? |

Tempted to go for the Pioneer BDP-120 or Oppo BDP-83. But Oppo is quite expensive.

Is it confirm that the size is 25GB? Has anyone check it?
As ar188 pointed out : DVD dual layer 8.5GB can be authored to be BD9 format... making some BDPs believe it's actually a BD and play it... and then you have your BDR 25GB as well.. |
