does pushup consider a cardio exercise.
means that if i do crazily amount will act like lose fat.
same goes to bodyweight suqst and pullups.
Oh yes, these are all cardio all right.means that if i do crazily amount will act like lose fat.
same goes to bodyweight suqst and pullups.
Stuff like www.simple.org & hunderdpushups.com are tough cardio.
Make it tougher by using 1 legged squat/pistols instead of 2 legs.
You'll be panting like a mad horse by the end of 170+ push ups split into 5 set and completed within 15 minutes.
Check out 'No Excuses' by rosstraining.com :
Burpees, pull ups, squats, push ups. 10 minutes of pure cardio/conditioning hell. LOL! Your heart rate will still be pumped up an hour after this.
If you're crazy do this:
Mon - simplefit.org - day 1 (choose a level you can handle and upgrade when you feel it's easy)
Tue - hundredpushups.com - day 1
Wed - simplefit.org - day 2
Thu - Hundredpushups.com - day 2
Fri - simplefit.org - day 3
Sat - hundredpushups.com - day 3
Sun - Rosstraining.com - No Excuses or The Interval Challenge
I think by the end of 2 weeks of this... you would have fallen ill due to the crazy volume. Eat well and rest well! =)

No man it doesnt constitute to cardio, sure it helps increase heart beat rate but only for a certain period...You need a longer duration of increased heart rate to lose substantial amounts of fat.
Yadda yadda yadda... don't talk so much. You do Week 4 of hundredpushups.com routine or No Excuses (rosstraining.com) first.
Measure your heart rate before & every 30 minutes after the exercise. I bet your heart rate will still be elevated 2 hours later, and still sweating.
Then come back here and tell us these are not cardio.
