I bought two Dell Studio 15 from earlier this year till now. My dad is using one and I am using the other. Now my sis is in college and she needs one. I am thinking of giving her my Dell Studio 15 and get a Dell Studio XPS 16.

Is it worth getting or is it better to buy a third unit of Dell Studio 15? What's your advise?

Yes, I'm not much of a gamer but I would like to install some games so that I can play when I have time. Games like FIFA 09, the upcoming Starcraft 2, Diablo 3, Command and Conquer 4... If I were to stick to a Dell Studio 15, would these games run well on it?

No la, I'm not into FPS and have always prefered Final Fantasy RPG games but they seldom come to PC and we rarely get releases like that, so I stick with RTS and that's about the only thing I play these days. I dont mind if I dont have HIGH settings to play the game, I only play when I am waiting for my gf while she's doing her shopping or some other spare time.

I tried playing some of the 720p anime I downloaded off the net with Windows Player Classic and it jerks. It does not happen with VLCPlayer.

Example of anime: One Piece episode 317 fansubbed by www.vegapunk.com. It doesnt happen with the newer One Piece episode 422 fansubbed by Yibis Fansub.

Not sure if this is a codec issue or what but strangely enough, VLC doesnt have a problem. Anyone can tip what might be the problem?

I know Dell Studio 15 are entitled to Windows 7. Is this offer still available? I bought 2 units in 2009. I checked before and know I am entitled. I just forgot how to go through the process. Anyone can help?
