are there any digital/multimedia artist here using this laptop? could you share your experience?
i'm using a variety of multimedia programs; mainly 3ds max and photoshop. i also use aftereffects.
The specs:
Intel® Core™ 2 Duo Processor T6600 (2.20GHz/ 800 FSB/ 2MB Cache)
Genuine Windows Vista® Home Premium SP1 32 bit (English)
3GB (1X1GB + 1X2GB) DDR2 SDRAM
512MB ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4570
320GB SATA Hard Drive
15.6''High Definition + WLED (1600x900) Display with TrueLife w/Camera
Is it enough?
I think for 3ds max and photoshop the laptop can handle it but I not sure about aftereffects. This software need rather good performance laptop to run it. Last time when using my Inspiron 14 (T5450, 8400GS and 2gb ram) , my laptop kinda sluggish when I run the aftereffect together with the Adobe Premier. This s15 is much better than the old Inspiron and with improved processor and ram and the graphic card so it should be okay.i'm using a variety of multimedia programs; mainly 3ds max and photoshop. i also use aftereffects.
