I still think the cfm from a couple 8" or 10" fans on the rooftop section (why not bigger = so thieves cannot pop in so easily if they can't fit their shoulders through the hole) at ~318/530cfm each will provide better active cooling effect. It does need a input vent (maybe toilet ceiling vent) for cold air input
