Turbine vents... those are the spinning type...

Or if you have the money you can install a fan driven ventilator...

As for brands I've come across mostly generic...

Here is a tip pick one with self lubricating bearings because after some time turbine might squeak and drive you nuts on windy nights...

The other thing is to make sure your place is fairly windy, if the air is mostly still then turbines don’t work at peak efficiency…
