Im doing a research on the some of the areas around Klang Valley for my company. I need to know some details about the residence profile around the area to know whether its good to market my company's product. It would be wonderful if any of you could give me a review on the places listed below
1. Sri Petaling (Near Endah Parade)
2. Bandar Baru Bangi (Sek 2, 6, 16, 15)
3. Taman Cheras Makmur
4. Kajang
5. Setiawangsa

Things Im finding out:-
1. What is the average household income of the residence around the area? Is it in the range of RM1k-5k or above
2. What is the majority of race in the area? If possible, approximately what is the percentage of residence race (eg. more than 50% are Malay)
3. What is the most common occupation of the residence? for eg professional, blue collar, white collar, factory worker, government servent, MNC

i think there's a government website show the statistic of the units sold at certain areas,with percentage and exact race of the units sold; but i totally forgot which website, will reply some other time since now quite late already
