IF that said app, is available on the app store, there is no need to seek installation guide.

click purchase and synchronise your iPhone, the app comes in naturally on your springboard

yea well i am still new to iphone, was wondering if I could install Garmin right.. No harm asking and suggesting right... lolx

I think Garmin can't run on iPhone OS, unless u can install WinMobile or Nokia's OS onto it
