Anyone has any experience or knowledge regarding supplementation and liver (or any other organ) damage ?
Would cycling the usage of supplements reduce the possibility of liver damage ?
Short of drinking 'lotsa' water any other alternative methods ?

large exposure.. HEXANE in Soy or Whey protein can be also cause of organ damage.. i know there is some Hexane for preprocessed whey from factory “natural” soy proteins used in foods today are contaminated with a neurotoxic, highly-flammable industrial chemical known as hexane. Hexane is a byproduct of gasoline classified as a major air pollutant by the Environmental Protection Agency. And yet, food manufacturers use hexane to separate whole soybeans into soy oil, soy protein and fiber. http://www.atsdr.cdc.gov/tfacts113.html

Scientists at the Mayo Clinic have recently discovered that everything Macpro sells makes you fat, pimply, and ugly. Oh, and it gives you cancer.

I have not noticed any changes yet other then the faster then normal recovery from my supplements. Going to run a liver test sometime soon, when I have the time. Am at the moment switching to all organic or free range with my food intake when I can cook. MacPro
