i recommend u not to take any ASB loans offered from any banks as the profit ratio are lower compared to the other methods...as i studied on this, i found that the conventional method has the highest profit ratio (amount of profit / amount of RM invested)...

this just the theory only. based on my studies on actual samples. besides, i want to invest in this next few months also...
