Tv no sound...Please help me!

Guys...i'm connecting my pc to my tv....i connect to tv via HDMI...but there is no sound...then i suspect that my mobo sound din connect to GC...
then i use second method...which is connecting to tv via audio jack...the green colour 1....at 1st this cable is connect to speakers...but i use it to connect my TV audio in...
but there is no sound...can you guys teach me how to solve this???

Erm... why not try look into Sound properties in Control Panel and make sure that the default sound device is the HDMI and not your analog soundcard. If there isn't any device related to HDMI in the Sound properties, then most likely its not supported. Im using 4850 with DVI to HDMI converter and audio is still there. Probably your setting isnt right.

Also, some LCD/Plasma TV only support HDMI sound from 1 port only, the rest only support Videos....so better check the Manual book.
