I've heard of a person from this forum (I don't know who) who sent his PS3 to SG personally and he got a new PS3 right on the spot without questions (no askings on warranty, where you got it, etc.).i think ps3 should be around that time too? lol
Even got an extra controller and a game as well.
That was more than a year ago though.
