Haha thanks..yea he eventually love it very much. He bite alot on the mineral stone too & when he was tired he'll rest his head over it & sometime tend to fallen asleep on it too. I brought it at "Mini Pet Street" located at Sg Wang. There's orange & banana but i juz brought only the orange for him. It's only RM4 if i not mistaken. I brought my supplies mostly at there.

ooh and i read the older post , i just want to say , if you also low cash person wan keep for what? Dont think u spend all ur money means u love ur hammie. My female hamster died while giving birth and all the babies are premature and died too. Thats why i didnt want to breed my hamsters anymore for i fear the same thing happen. Not sad meh if u see hammie babies get eaten or died??

being so childish 'i dunwan come here anymore' is not gonna solve anything~ .

i know rightttt.....i was reading hedgehog thread then google bit on them...then i saw a youtube video...the guy massage his hedgehog then the hedgehog open close open close on his plam...so cute but i dont think i will be getting any so soon...1 pet is more then enough for me...got assignments and all...later cannot focus

& yup gp needs pair but u can keep them solo tho...but then u need to pay more attention...let them out to play etc....also they poop like crazy

i heard can toilet train but is much harder than hamsters
err best to have a pair
in some countries its illegal to sell a sole gp unless you can prove you already have one at home
cause they get depression one

they hungry can tell you feed them

but they very ma fan also
alot of things cannot eat
and commerical food diet is very insufficient for them

trust me , i had a gp. very demading little critters. always hungry and will wheek wheek u for food.
And very hard to take care. ONLY GUINEA PIG FOOD from selected brands. I gave mine some bengy pellets which says for guinea pig and rabbits , my guinea pig then had intestinal problem and died.. I loved him so much D:

hedgehog minimum space is about as big as a storage box about 2 feet +?

yeah, like i said...your winter gold is developing their colour...by the way, all winter whites have stripe on their back...

waaaa!!! so scary watching hamster picking up their newborn baby...dalam hati aku "please dont eat it!! please dont eat it!! please dont eat it!!!" so scary ma...so suspen...i cant differenciate whether the mommy want to pick the baby or want to eat it...i have a trauma, i cant see she put her baby in her mouth because i just saw she eats one of the baby alive in front of me....

i dont think they are changing coat...as far as i know, the coat makes them look fluffy...i bought my winter gold while thwy were 1month+...at that time their colour is light gold without stripe...but then their fur looks like getting dirty by something...now, the golden colour become brighter and the stripe become obvious...

^ i touched the fur , its like sticky . she had no access to anything like that D:. and notice her fur , like so dirty :C

sticky?..LOL maybe your male hamster is too naughty... mine not sticky but oily...so i gave them more sands for them to clean...but nothing happen...then i saw my other winter gold experience the same...i realised it is just normal...after few days both getting stripe and the colour become brighter...also both getting fat...LOL i like when my hamster fat but also active!!

Qaqa is so clever...i alway pick her up and put her on my palm whenever i want to give her mealworm...whenever she saw i put my hand into the tank she will climb up to my palm hoping that i will pick her up(i always pick her up if she does that LOL) and reward her mealworm...im impressed that she remembers the way im feeding her...

lolz. i separate the females from the male. i only put them around 10 minutes a day and monitor them coz .. chip very horny. LOL.
