hello everyone, i am started to worry bout my winter white hammy, Furi
he has two bite marks but recovering
and i found his fur is shedding D:
(below part of the hamster - dont know how to describe)

is it because of lice?

i wanted to find a find to stop it before i bring him to vet this week, worry it will get worse

My hamster, Furu just died.
I dont know what happened. He was so energetic as usual today

Does, climbing the cage and kept falling hurt him?
Because he always did that..
