Hmm, I wonder when I get my WW from LalaBubbles, should I get mealworm for them? How much is it? How to store it? Living with friends, fridge is small. Haha

Then u try to put ur hams in a open space.. maybe in a plate, then put together 1 mealworms.
See what she/he doing wif that things.. If she play wif it, just let it be. Maybe she'll get interested when the worms
moving.. U wait lah about 15 seconds to have the results. If still not success, maube u can ask another SENIOR here.

A few small hole to provide oxygen but not too big the holes as they will escape.Just keep them in a container u think dat is big enuff for them is ok ady.Remember to gutload them b4 feed to ur hamster as wat they r quite "dirty" frm the aquarium/pet shop.

Gut load ur mealies b4 feeding.

Go supermarket get ROLLED OATS (not instant oat).. put a layer of rolled oats as bedding... then put the mealies on it.. then put vege/fruits to feed them.

Remember wipe the vege/fruits b4 u put in, mealies will die when contact with water.

Feed high calcium fruit/vege such as sawi, so balance out bit the phosphorus within mealies.

For first time, u hav to gut load 48hours b4 start feeding the mealies to ur hammie. Is to ensure all the dirt and toxic inside the mealies is out and they are full of nutrition.

After 48hours, u jus put vege/fruits every 2-3 days...

For dwarfs, i think 2 mealies is very enuf already... and feed alternate days...

Put the mealies on bigger container would be better...

Woa! Dat means I gotta raise the mealworm?
Haha. Kk, I think I get it, might consider getting a small fish tank for it la. See how 1st, will use small container 1st to trial and error. Hehe.

But mealworm is the one still in the larvae form or the beetle form?

Smell? Erm.. not really..u hav to pick out those dead one to prevent all others die.. My mealies are very clean, i clean their bedding regularly.. They all fat fat white white..

You don buy pulpa from shop..usually all in larvae...esp those aquarium shop who never gutload their mealies.. all so skinny and dirty... That's y i rather travel far bit and get from petshack.. healthier becoz they gutload the mealies.
