Me and my sister managed to register ASB this year using birth certificate, my race is sino-kadazan(makes me a bumi).
My younger brother can't because his race is chinese due to the officer refuse to put his race under sino. its totally unfair. so fortunate I'm also got ASW2020 afew years ago.
