12 pendant light installation.
3 ceiling fans.
2 aircond installation 1hp and 1.5hp respectively, plug point and air cond host are build in.
1 water heater, plug point was build in as well.
2 t5 light for toilets.
2 timer switches for balcony and front gate lighting.

What is the price for maintenance + gas refill for 2 sets of air con at Cheras ?

Hi, I have a york AirCond and the compressor cut off after a period of time. and it will flash amber light ("Timer LED") 3 times. Would like to ask is the coil sensor causing the problem? and please quote me how much to fix it.

just engaged hupyat to service my aircon, inverter type, 1.0 and 1.5hp respectively. after fnished, the worker asked me of i know that refilling gas is expensive, i said i do not know. then he told me total have to pay rm800, i asked for breakdown, he showed me chemical wash 1.0hp rm100, 1.5hp rm120, gas refill rm480. then i told him its rm700 not rm800.

shocked at the amount of bill, i called his boss to ask why is it so expensive. the worker quickly said will give me discount. the boss said because she didnt tell me earlier its inverter so she will give me rm80 discount.

i googled kaodim.com to check the quotes, and found that gas refilling for r410a type is only rm40 (for inverter 1.5hp). i told her this and she said again its her mistake for not telling me its so expensive for inverter and gave me rm200 discount, which calculates to rm100 per aircon for gas refill (vs rm40 via kaodim.com).
