Later my wife will kill me...spend for wooden flooring then spend more for carpets to cover the wooden flooring.

My "living room" is on the 1st floor. I converted the place as a 2nd living hall. Ground floor is 24x24 tiles, 1st and 2nd floor timber strips on top of concrete cement. They are the interlocking type, so it is just laid on top of the cement, that's why I am worried.
