Hi guys. I need some help here. Yesterday I tried to add fund to my PSN wallet via credit card but it wouldn't go through. The system return a message saying the transaction cannot be process and the funds are not added. Does this has something to do with the warrenty expiry which is suppose to happen on August 18th ? Please help. Thanks. (BTW...I'm using a Singapore account)

Seriously guys. I'm using a Master debit card which direct debit from my bank account. I've used the same card to do online purchase before. If anyone has any experience and solution on this please help. Thanks.

nothing related to the warranty thingy at all. most likely you have to follow certain address rules (postcode, etc)

Thanks for the reply vorchiel but I see that the result varies depending on what card you have. Never the less I will try altering billing address but where the heck am I going to get a valid Singapore address unsure.gif ? I have used the same card to get Super Street Fighter HD around January this year but then all of a sudden it doesn't work anymore....sigh. sad.gif

Ok I have tested the following on my billing information :

1. Only type in my address at Address 1 column (Not working)

2. Type in address without using special symbol like "," "*" "#" (Not Working)

3. Use Singapore address (Not Working)

4. Remove and retype Billing Information (Not Working)

5. Switch to another card (HSBC) (Not Working)

Worst still now I cannot even key in back the same billing information and the system ask me to contact Sony Support. Sigh.... I felt really frustrated right now grumble.gif

Arrggh...I still cannot add the credit card to my billing information. I don't want to use Malaysia PSN because Singapore PSN downloads are way cheaper (almoste RM20 cheaper) compared to Malaysia not to mention the easy top up via credit card. Is there really no one here having credit card trouble with Singapore PSN before who can help ? Really feeling frustrated and desperate here...sigh sad.gif

Hey guys. Can anyone tell me if Entropay still works with US PSN ? Correct me if I am wrong but I heard that old US PSN account previously registered with Entropay are still able to add fund while new Entropay users are rejected.

Hmm hmm.gif ... Any recent Entropay users care to comment on this ? I don't dare to register an Entropay account unless someone can confirm that this still works on US PSN.

Thanks.

Thanks vorchiel. Seems like it still work but there doesn't seem to be a confirmed answer. Guess I'll have to test it out. Darn US PSN have so much DLC (especially in English)...really hate PSN for their regional content restriction. grumble.gif
