How to Access Playstation Recovery Menu:
1 Turn off Playstation 3 (standby)
2 Hold The power button until it goes in standby again
3 Repeat step 2 this time it will beep once for display setting change then it will follow with 2 beeps
4 when you hear the 2 beeps take finger off power button
5 you will be prompted to plug in your controller via usb and then hit the PS button
6. The Recovery menu will pop up.

After the recovery, I noticed that it was OK for a while. After leaving it to download some DLC and auto off. When power back ON this morning, then the symptom is back again.
It's confirmed to be hard disk corrupt problem after following the steps shown by shahreza2000
It's time to bring it to the SONY Center.
