any audio quality lost?

in this case, i believe i've make 2 acc. mistakenly. my problem now is both of the acc. i've used the same e mail. i can only log in from my ps3 with the acc. i created from my ps3. The acc. which i created from my pc i can 't log in from my ps3. How can i fix this problem? Help pleas!

having the same prob as econs here.. same TV model also

but if i use a non braided cheepoo cable, i can see the xmb in 1080p but its full of static interference (will post pic later)

however changing down 720p or 1080i solves this.

*note: using ps3 slim.

yup most likely a problem with cable

some cheap hdmi cables (especially the long ones) cant carry 1080p signal properly

cheap + short cable usually no prob

me only use rm15 1m hdmi cable

using the same cable on my ps3 phat has no problem what so ever...

and my hdmi cable is just 2m in length...

anyway anyone here kind enough to borrow me a monster cable just to test this theory out?

If your bro lived in Aust, then its buy locally there, so that he'll be (warranty) covered.

As imo SONY doesn't have international warranty.
The last i heard and read from AV sites, they said theres actually no difference (visually) in getting a rm30 (china brand like Panther) and a rm300 ones (like Monster).

In other words... they said those ppl buys MONSTER cables are totally being ripped off... ... overpriced and works the same.

So, i guess those having problem basically the cable its defective?..

Btw, how do i identify the HDMI's versions?... as those cheap ones doesn't state/written on it...

How abt HDMI versions?.. how do i know what version izzit (as most cheaper ones doesn't states what version)?.. the latest its v1.3b rite?..

Or the versions doesn't matter?.. just get the cheapest ones will do?..
