
Continuing with the workshop on Alternative Photography; this workshop will touch on Digital Negatives and Salt prints. Salt prints is one of the earlier photographic process from 160+ years ago. This workshop will introduce neophytes to a 160+ year old analog technology and marrying it with current digital technology. No darkroom knowledge is needed, just a keen interest and an open mind.

Studio 807, Unit 807, The Ampwalk, Jalan Ampang (Opposite Su Casa apartment)
Time: 10am
Duration: between 6-8 hours.
Refreshments and lunch will be provided.
Participants of this workshop will:
- make and calibrate their own digital negatives
- learn how to safely prepare a salt print
- mix and coat silver nitrate to fibre paper
Participants are encouraged to bring their own digital image or medium/large format negatives to see how a familiar image looks like with salt prints.
Fees:RM150.00 per participant; limited to 15 participant, so first come first serve!
