Hi guys,

Can you please recommend me a 7.1 HT setup (and recoemmend a dealer too if possible) for my company's screening room.

The main purpose for the sound system is to do the following;

1) Presentation/ Video Conference
2) Occasional movie watching
3) PS3 gaming

I already have the media player (desktop pc and PS3), projector and screen. Please recommend the speakers and AV receiver only

Budget should be around RM 7K (give or take).

Room size is around 850 sqft.

Any help appreciated



ps.My office's other branch in India is using Onkyo TXSR-706 and Pure Acoustic Supernova speaker set. I'm looking for a setup that should be equivalent to that

Lone wolf, you're right. the subwoofer is missing


Anyways I'm now considering the following three amps

1. Yamaha RX 665
2. Denon 1909
3. Onkyo TX 706

Any comments on the above?

I believe the Onkyo is pricier then the other two mainly because of the THX certification? Anyone care to enlighten me?
