Getting Started

My rig as below:-
Proc: E3110 EO (VID:1.25) Mobo: Asus P5Q Pro Ram: 2 x 1GB Crucial Tracer LED DDR2 800 2 x 2GB Kingston HyperX DDR 1066 GPU: CF HD4870 (Gecube and Sapphire) PSU: Silverstone Evo 1000watts
I just can't get stable to overclock to 4Ghz, I'd tried 500*8, 9*455 and many other combination. I'd already disable all the power safe function.
Can someone advise my on the setting for my E3110 EO on my P5Q Pro. I'm new to 45nm.
Pls advise the voltage that I should use.
