Hi, I never do anything on my leg before. But I feel so envy when I saw girls got hairless leg! it looks so smooth and tender

but I got bad experience seeing my friend's legs.
she shaved her leg once, and it is really nightmare for me.. she got alot of ingrown hair, which look very ugly.. and when it shave finish, there is some black dot looking, jst like guy's after shave mustach. jst imagine ur whole leg look like guy's after shave mustach, how disgusting. Meaningless even ur leg without hair

then it grow out very fast, and when it starting to grow, her like so spicky.. actually i feel so geli feeling when touch it. It is so sharp and disgusting

because of this, i scared to do anything on my leg .. i dont wan regret in my whole life..

but i hope to have very smooth and nice fair leg, when u rub ur leg together cant feel fair and smooth. in between , scared got bad experience like my friends

ppl got experience about this can share abit? it is epilator/ waxing / shaving will end up like my friend's leg also?

pls suggest me the best thing to have nice pair of legs ya =) tq!

Oh ya, not looking for long term, cause i got less hair.. more at my knee only.. finding 1 month do once, not worry trouble jst dont wan it grow thicker and sharp

hey... just want to share my experience
i've shaved b4 n it doesn't cause me ingrown, u'll need to scrub ocassionally to avoid ingrown hair...
n it will make ur skin silky smooth too...
but it grows really fast indeed.
i recently just got n epilator..
so far so good
it won't remove all hair at once(n it's still kinda hard to use for me)
n at some point it will be pointy(but not as sharp as shave)
but some of the hair will be remove permanently...
so it's really up to u..
n i've asked the laser b4 n it's really expensive
for legs if u wan to remove all as in no hair left at all it may cost u rm8k or more if i'm not mistaken.
by the way when u shave ur suppose to shave the direction ur hair grows, otherwise it may cause ingrown as u said earlier..

I tried epilator, waxing and shaving... I now only shave, because leg hairs grow very fast (one day??? unsure.gif ). I shave every two days - no ingrown hair for me though. Epilator the hair still grows back the same, waxing makes the hair grow unevenly (some long some short), plus not easy to use (wax is very sticky, have to use oil to remove, if miss one tiny spot of wax then feel uneasy all day...

Try shaving. Hair is spiky, but if u shave often no ingrown hair/spikes occur. smile.gif

Ah, another way to prevent ingrown hair is scrubbing/rubbing dead skin cells (my mum says its dirt) when u shower.

When I use the veet cream, very fast grow back.... So I tried waxing, and found it useful as slow a bit growing back. Occasionally waxing will make it grow lesser and lesser for mine. Hm...

My kind of wax is very convenient, buy from watson or guardian, the strips kind of wax..
1 strip can re-use at diff place until the sticky feeling gone. Just pull 1 time, the hair will all plucked out with it.
Wont be pain also if you use it the correct way.

No black dot, as u pull out the hair from the root. wont be spiky also when grow as it grow like new hair not like being shaved.

not expensive, not more than RM20, inside normally got 10-20 strips depends on brand. Can be use 3-4 times for me, for 2 months....

I say wax it~!!!

Better result, last longer and you can pay a pro to do it at minimal cost. Just go to Bangsar for your wax, its not so painful for you and your wallet wink.gif

By the way, has anyone tried 'sugaring' as a way to remove hair??? I bought the Body Shop Sugar Wax and tried once, but failed?? Anyone got experience on how to use it??

the spiky hair is only when it first grows out for goodness sake. The black dots just mean that her hair is particularly thick. I have fine hair, so whether I shave or not, you can't really see it unless it gets really really long.

I shave, but I have the gift of fine hair

how you shave is very important... saw this article yesterday about hair removal using laser.

but not sure how they charge now... did my underarms and private area there about a year ago. result is good....

veet wax strip, might try nair next time
but make sure the hair is long enough (at least 5mm recommended) before waxing else it won't do anything
