i guess so stay on the healthy side max of 10 large mealworms a day is okay la... if youre feeding one table spoon of mix and two table spoons of fruits/veggies.

It is not suitable for everyone to give 10 LARGE mealworm/superworm per day..

For those who feeding diet contain sufficient protein such as HPW, the protein will be overdose.

Besides that, mealworms contains kinda high phosphorus.. if u r not giving high calcium food or extra supplement calcium, it may lead to calcium deficiency problem.

mealworms and superworms are 2 different things. one eats wood and the other oatmeal etc.

yes you are right about the calcium issue.
