It's all up to you. There are a lot controversy issue in glider diet.

If the staple diet you gave contains sufficient protein, then you don ahv to give extra insects for protein source. BUT, you can give 1 or 2 as treats, or jus to fulfill their insect hunting instinct.

It's ok if you don feed insects when you r on HPW diet. But if you wan to provide a more balanced diet and fulfil their nutritional needs on complete insect, you can supplement with Bugsy Small Carnivore Food..

not hiding their main diet and main drinking source. their proper and main diet and drinking source should be provided all the time. but to get them more alert and twist their brain, you can try DIY those "treasure box" with mealies or treats inside. so that they have to figure out how to open the box for the treat.

i jus use the medicine box, then hide mealies inside.. they will go open themselves to eat... make them to use their brain..i posted the pic b4..

My glider will stick to me when go outside or place that they are not familiar..but... when inside my room, they jus happily go around..

my glider will jump back to me la...because last time i always trained them by putt them up high at curtain, then let them glide back to me..

U can try luring her with treats like mealies or yogurt drop. give her 1 to starts off then put her on her cage and stand near her so she can easily climb to u, then hold 1 on your hand but must let her see u got treat for her and let her come to u by calling her name ,this will also let her know tat when u call her u got yummy treats so tat at the end u can have her come to u by calling. repeat this by standing abit far each time untill they leap to u and eventually she will glide to u

Owh icic , well its the 3rd day my glider afraid of me o.O should i bring it out and cuddle it when its at night time cause its usually come out from the house at night and climb all around the cage = ) i dont mind being bitten just mind it scared of me ~.~

Well for the HPW diet.. Bugsy brand of HPW will last approximately 4 months for 1 glider. Not sure of other brands... And that whole bottle will be consumed 100% if you buying the one where you have to mix yourself. Not sure for Instant HPW coz i dont use Instant.. maybe can ask eric that
