You've gotta make yourself stalker-proof online too which includes disabling your networking profiles to strangers and limiting them only to your family, relatives and close friends. It's because if you do not that precautionary measure, those kind of online networking medium could be very inviting to stalkers, e.g. exposing your whereabouts to them via ur blogs, etc.

i'm implying to the apparent stalkers, that, being kepoh is fine. But that applies only if you keep it to yourself because it's hell of annoying when you discuss it with others. doh.gif

haha especially when your email, msn, friendster and facebook is all the same email or almost similar! Mine's set to private but i've had people find out my name and age with just my msn >.<

Just like how my profiles supposedly meant only for the family and relatives.
i think a better way is to change the corresponding email address to your fb and fs.

You need to find "real" friends instead of posers, there are a lot of idiots on the net, especially "cc" and kopitiam, i guess hiding behind the net makes them feel superior that they wont get beaten up in spite and despite of their idiocy displayed.

That's why i've said, it's such a chore to wear so many masks, so i'm quite careful with whom i invite to my msn since everything is linked.

Of course i've invited total strangers in the past cos of games -.-" have to chat to plan strategy lol. But that's the past and those were mostly foreigners, they couldn't care less to stalk me.

Work is already so complicated wouldn't want to make my personal life even more complicated lol.

Somehow or rather i can still respect if one is so kepoh in nature and decided to sniff out what an online friend/stranger is currently doing in real and keeping it to him/herself and choose to forget it later.

The only reason i have to kepoh is when the person portrayed online it's completely different from the person portrayed in real life that really is just annoying and sad at the same time.
