I was searching for the best buy 438k for sometime and finally notice 1 unit being such - 6-3a at your attachment.
whats wrong with this unit that it 30k cheaper ?

I was there last saturday. seem that the bank staff are more hardworking and approached me with even info on the unit. I dont see any sales staff from Berjaya interested to show me around.. end up empty handed.
But my wife complained about the design ..of course ladies are particular on kitchen and when she saw a small room and a washroom eating up much of the space ...alamak...
To me, i wonder how can this 1293 sqf can look so packed ? eg. savannah 1212 sqf looks much more spacious. is there a design flaw or the showroom is decorated with too much furniture.
