Yeah totally agree... help residents in Savanna like us to maintain the facility. Pay such a premium price and still need to walk such a distance to use the facility.

Really no brainer la rclxms.gif

Yet there are so many people who buy overpriced condos when there are cheaper ones nearby. laugh.gif

Which are the cheaper condo nearby that you are referring to? Can name a few for us to BBB? Are they really in the same league?

You don't know what you don't know. One jelatek condo has only 70 units and got to pay RM0.5/sqft for maintenance because they don't 'share' other ppl facilities. If it has only 35 units, they got to pay RM1/sqft! Savanna 2 has just 32 units and paying RM0.3/sqft.

Savanna 2 residents should be the one saying big thank you to Savanna 1 residents. By paying minimum maintenance fee, they have the facilities to use and enjoy low density living smile.gif

That is a positive aspect to look at it. thumbup.gif However, IMHO, Savanna 1 residents are paying 0.2/sqft for maintenance bills and able to enjoy the facilities conveniently whereas Savanna 2 residents have to walk a distance to enjoy those facilities. On top of that, the build area of Savanna 2 is much bigger and you are paying much more to for the maintenance bills.

So who is at the disadvantage, I wonder? hmm.gif

Savanna 1 has >400 units, Savanna 2 has 32 units. Do you think they should pay the same amount for the maintenance fee? Anyway, depends on how you look at it. If you are a person who wants low density living with great golf course view, Savanna 2 is for you. If you are a person who use the swimming pool/sauna more than 3 times a week, look else where.

Guys & gals,
Visited the site and snap some pictures.
Unfortunately, tried and not able to upload pics here. Anybody care to tell me how?
I'd uploaded in flickr but still cannot attached lah.
Anyway, progress is up to 1st or 2nd typical floor of condominium units already for both blocks.
From the looks of things, the project should VP by end 2011 or early 2012.
Cheers!

The project is not fully sold yet. still got about 20++ unit for both A and B block. ( I think about 21 unit for B and 23 for A if i remember it correctly)

I am one of the water fish that bought one of the unit end of august after price increase. The sales person super lousy ... or maybe I am buying cheap cheap condo don't entitle any sales service ...

I think the last increase was in May this year about 10% ... last month they give 2% discount ... so it is about 8% increase for the block A from the initial price ... For block B i am not sure .. i think they increase 21k after first week launch and then last May they increase 10% again same as block A.

Property demand boost in Greater KL. Greater Kuala Lumpur/Klang Valley will need to house one million new residents by 2020, says the Economic Transformation Programme report. Greater KL/KV will need to house 1 million new residents by 2020, the report added. Currently, the population of Greater KL/KV is about six million, contributing RM263b or 30% to the nation's GNI. Over the next decade, Greater KL/KV is targeted to grow in population by 5% annually and achieve a GNI growth of 10% a year. The economic aspiration for Greater KL/KV is to grow its GNI contribution to RM650b by 2020, the report noted. (Business Times)
