Bro, for contractor, as long as got money, what also can.

But this highrise condo, you may better seek consent and advice from dev or management bcz they had the building plan, concrete and piping layout, and etc which any hacking may disinterrupt other units miscellanous ...

Noted with your comments. But heard some of the owners in block A also hack it. Jus wondering...

I think better not to adjust it, it is not water pipe where if leak just water come out. Berjaya should place the gas point lower by at least one feet, or same height as gas tank from floor.

Bro, thinking to lower it down... Did u done it? Now my house in midst of hacking...

Many units are doing the same, they are covering the existing window at kitchen. I think not against the rules.

Also wondering how the contractor going to plaster the external wall that covering existing window, am quite sure that if they dont plaster it and paint back the same color as external wall then it is against the rules.

There is a wooden house located next to Covillea condo, I'm pretty sure is illegal & staying by Indonesian. Is anyone aware on this?
