Good.. .. after GE all settle down, momentum will catch up again. All the wait n See ppl sure will flock into stock and real estate market. May the price will surge to RM650/sqf at year end.

Hi taiko, are you using original fan hook by berjaya? My contractor told me need to change the hook otherwise there will be gap between fan body and ceiling because of the hook installed by berjaya too big.

For all Covillea residents here, please join the residence forum at Covillea @ Bukit Jalil Residence Forum

If can please share your renovation experience there too, as I myself am in the rush to get renovation done.

Not that expensive, can hide the gas point under wet kitchen table top to look more neat.

Went to check out Covillea, saw that there are some foreigners (from middle east and African) staying inside if not mistaken in block A

By the way, how many of you guys are planning to move in and stay there?

Heard rental at covillea is starting to drop....earlier asking for no less than 2800, just saw iproperty some drop to RM 2400 for semi-furnished?

Market supply-demand balancing? I just bought one unit sub sale for plans to rent out, but concern if this would have been a case of wrong timing. But happy with the cap appreciation so far though. Just concerned if rental market for this place can sustain, or will it see more slide downward.
