very tempting to sell mine at rm 900k now - just testing water.

i was told it was a-08-02 1,415 sq ft but need real estate agents to confirm.

i think feasible as many not selling due to rpgt - hence restricted supply - many will sit-out the 5 years & collect rental first.

with gst, inflation will escalate & all other costs will go up (building material, labor, overall cosntruction, etc.) - hence rm 1 mil is feasible.

there's a forumer with initial LL trying to push down the price so he/she can buy into covillea.
