Near the lobby of block A there is notice board, there is management email address there for complain and recommendation. There is also a notice not to move or tailor the gas output, if want to move then need approval from management.

lower down gas output, yes u need to ask from gas supplier company but not sure is petronas or not.

for the grill design, dun think is allow to change design as whole covillea units is using the standard from management

hi to all tenant/owner of covilliea..i'm considering buying a house and covilliea is one of the choice. However, i would like to check out the following concern before deciding anything. what do u think on:

1. overall environment here?
2. traffic condition?
3. are the a lot of foreigner like vista comm*?

Dont know abt others but from my limited experience there myself, so far to me the experience is ichiban. Lives well to its taglone of a resort environment.
Traffic wise there is no complains as the extended strecth of road is only serving the low dense savanna 2 and covillea.
Foreigners? Not sure yet as tenants are still coming in but noted most are caucasian tenants.

Noise pollution is always an issue, but for me, its not good but not tat as bad as described, however I found most buyers do not care it much as long as they like the place.

I used to have a unit facing Highway, very near summore, I admit I dont like ( when buying time, investment, sure pick pool view ) , but my few exchanged tenants told me no issue of the noise.
