Actually nothing to be worry. The building cannot get CCC if it is not ready for telecommunication system. You havent seem your unit yet?

Agree.
Maybe they confuse of phone line and phone point. Phone points are ready but need owner to subscribe to TM to get phone line.
It appears everyone made a misinterpretion of my statement. There are phone sockets. No telephone line. Confirmed twice. Once at the nearest TM point and again via Maxis. I also approached the IMU hostel managment (cause apparently students live there) and they told me that
a) TM has NOT connected telephone line to Cov. They have sockets but no line. TM refuses to instal unless >50% residency. So have some fun with that. I also asked Managment and got same reply. Telephone socket got, but from main line to the network of the apartments, nothing there. Good job there.
b) TIME is said to be setting up. They have exclusive access for the nearby Vista Komanwel A,B,C so it comes as no surprise. There are rumours that UniFi may come but I have already spoken to an agent from TIME and he says that Block A, if you register would get it in a week and Block B, 2-3 weeks, but no gurantee. TM has no idea where the balls Cov is and it doesn't help that no one knows the name of the street it is on and thus a lot of confusion.
I will update you guys if anything else changes. Till now, Cov is still a ghost town for Block B but some people have started moving in.
And get Astro. The aerial cannot support so many TVs apparently. Can only watch 8TV now and it's still horrible reception
Wireless internet like P1 is spazzy. May or may not get. Maxis as well. IMU purchased Celcom broadband for all it's hostel students to use.
