And just incase you didn't know, Kara's clothes were banned from broadcasting also okay.

The minimum age is 17/18 years old Korean age (Korean age are counted 1 year ahead of the western birthdate).
Hwayoung and Jiyeon being in the group, I think that's what sparked the issue.
