[NEWS] T-ara announces Shinsadong Tiger produced comeback song, "lovey-dovey"
Girl group T-ara revealed they will work with popular producer Shinsadong Tiger on their comeback song.
T-ara's "lovey-dovey" has a meaning where their signs of affection are cheesy/sappy and sweet to the point where it's funny to others
T-ara previously had hits with Shinsadong Tiger for their songs "Bo Peep Bo Peep" and "Roly-Poly" and hope this will be a third hit with him. "lovey-dovey" is a trendy electronic club song with a retro style that can appeal to people who like all genres of music and any ages.
T-ara will also work with the composer of their previous song "I Go Crazy Because of You", Cho Youngsoo, to create a remix/alternative version of "lovey-dovey" with a 180 degree musical change from the main track. In addition, other famous composers such as Brave Brothers and Secret's main composer Kang Jiwon will participate in the album.
Meanwhile, T-ara recently was Korea's first girl group to debut at #1 on the Japanese's Oricon Daily charts, and #1 on the weekly charts at the same time. They also are preparing for their "yayaya" comeback in Japan in November as well.
"lovey-dovey"? sounds like a cutesy type, I would prefer Shinsadong Tiger to compose more 'serious songs' like Fiction, I'm Really Hurt rather than BPBP.

Actor Cha Seungwon will star in T-ara's new music video series.
T-ara plan to create a 2-part music video for their Cho Youngsoo produced song, "Cry Cry" and Shinsadong Tiger produced song, "lovey-dovey". The 30-minute music video will be in the form of a drama and directed by the famous music video and CF director Cha Euntaek. Starring in this 2-part series will be the character "Dokgo Jin" played by Cha Seungwon from the drama "The Greatest Love".
T-ara said, "We're very touched that Cha Seungwon sunbae is able to be in our music video even during his busy activities. We liked him during the MBC drama 'The Greatest Love' and we wanted to work together with him just once, so we are very happy to meet him through this great opportunity we both have."
T-ara are working with the nation's greatest composers such as Cho Youngsoo, Shinsadong Tiger, Brave Brothers and Kang Jiwon to create the best quality album possible. T-ara's new song's concept is currently being discussed and decided confidently and privately and they are expected to return in early November.
Added on October 7, 2011, 12:43 pmT-ara‘s Eunjung will be returning to the small screen with yet another historical drama! It’s just been revealed that Eunjung was recently cast for jTBC‘s upcoming drama, ‘The King’s Mother‘.
This will mark her second historical drama, as she briefly starred in KBS’s ‘King Geunchogo‘ in the past. On October 7th, Eunjung stated, “After I read the synopsis for the drama, it seemed really fun and exciting, so I really wanted to give it a try.”
Eunjung will be playing the younger version of actress Chae Shi Ra. The 50-episode drama will center around the power struggle between three women hoping to become the next queen. Directed by PD Lee Tae Gon, the script was written by Jung Ha Yeon.
