Saw a new building being constructed in front of Kinrara Golf Club and a five storey building behind of Bdr Tasik Selatan LRT Station. Anyone knows what is it about?

Tasik Selatan? Knowing that is the new transport hub (bus station)... Which design to cause the MRR2 traffic around Tasik Selatan area to even worse (it is bad enough now!)...
