I know there is a line in the contract that says they are allowed to change the T&C at anytime, but are there any legal provisions to allow us to cancel the contract at that time given that we do not agree with the fakap T&C?

is this how they encounter the rapidshare n megaupload user rising?

This is how they can get more users, and fight with Triji. Since Triji has cap of 3GB, WeeMax got 20GB, they put 30GB = winrar!!!!!!!!!!!

30gb a month? darn it!!  vmad.gif  rap1dshare can get at least 5gb day!
*
Good for you!!!

Theorectically, if you want to hog the line, a 1.5Mbps line with TFlux running can get 12GB a day. If 30GB limit, 2 days + sudah habis rclxms.gif rclxms.gif rclxms.gif

ret. even US's ISP been proposing pay per usage as their network can't sustain increasing number of hoggers.

even if TMNet upgrade its facilities, retarded hoggers will just increase their retarded hogging activities.

seeing you vote for the 2nd, i can safely assume you're one.

They can't sustain because it will hurt their profit margins, that's my unproven, baseless theory

To be serious, if TM decide to cap, then it'll depend on how much they would cap. If they cap is like Triji, then they can put a stack of coins in their but.
If it's maybe a more reasonable 3 - 5 GB per day, then I live with it, but TM being TM, they can do Triji cap, argue that we can't cancel our contract because the Gomen is not fair blah blah blah.

Technically, this is called bypassing the volume limit cap thing. By paying about 50% more for 1Mbps line.

At 1.2Mbps that's around 150kbps theorectical. Assuming a real world bandwidth estimation of 120kbps, using TorrentFlux, assuming no routing issues, it's possible to get in more than 300GB

This is purely hypothetical of course.
