i noticed 1 changes from screamyx recently
Last time:-
Assuming your line bandwidth 1Mbps.
Login with own account (subscribed under 1Mbps package) - Max download bandwidth ~ 1Mbps
Login with other's account (subscribed under 512Mbps package) - Max download bandwidth ~ 1Mbps

Currently:-
Assuming your line bandwidth 1Mbps.
Login with own account (subscribed under 1Mbps package) - Max download bandwidth ~ 1Mbps
Login with other's account (subscribed under 512Mbps package) - Max download bandwidth ~ 512Mbps

Conclusion:-
Your maximum achievable speed depends on BOTH your line bandwidth and account.
