I am not a torrent user. Just normal browsing and occasional downloading. Wondering if this capping action might eventually help users like me.
Need to know more technically to understand the benefit for users. |

Its time to change other broadband.... cap bandwidth already bored... most not acceptable is QUOTE AddON: You also cant use ur streamyx account on other streamyx registered line after spetember too. (Example:Your account is registered to 03-12345678.You only can use tat account using this number.You cant use it on ur fren number like 03-87654321)  i rather go and use P1~can bring anywhere house~ |

Because of the so-called "uncapped" benefit from Streamyx, more and more torrent ret. are expecting them to keep doing so.
 Can say Streamyx brought that to themselves tho. |
