you want something like this? for example, streamyx 1mbps caps 10gb per month, then the speed throttled down to only 10KBps.

i reli wanna laugh at Malaysia broadband, Korea will be getting 1 Gbps broadband by 2012, and u all just look where our broadband is standing. You show them ( our ISP) this news they'll give you at least 1001 reasons why they cant do it, even rite nw they cant even provide us 1/10 of the download speed that korea is providing to their community, LOL

hmph... TM has been throttling bandwidth ages ago.. I remembered when the last time I used my home connection to download an 8GB file. the file stuck like 70%. the file resumes itself the next day.

I know it's been capped because the server I'm downloading from has no bandwidth limit and max upload speed is around 12MBps.

well if they really implement this cap thinggy, i bet their service is gonna go bankrupt

The bandwidth capping is on trial. Currently some selected places are installed with the 'capping' device on their local exchange.
